Shannon Morrison, Ph.D. is a sociologist with 20 years of program planning, evaluation, and research experience in the areas of education, child and maternal health issues, criminal justice, substance use, mental health issues, co-occurring disorders, domestic violence, and homelessness. She has been the Principal Investigator for several federal grants and has been a speaker at many National conferences. Some of her current work includes the evaluation for a grant supporting pregnant and parenting teens and the evaluation of school-based health care systems in NM and CO. She has extensive experience in conducting strength-based program evaluation, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, writing grant proposals and research reports, and working with culturally diverse populations.
